Life update - some lessons i've learned since October

I hope we’re all okay , had an amazing Easter break and now cruising to crash our annual goals . Nonetheless let me ask ; How’re you? is all good with you ?

well I think we last had an issue from this newsletter in October last year . Yooo that has been almost in forever. I didn’t mean to keep all of you on this newsletter abandoned , am sorry. Because you know I treasure you for allowing me speak my thoughts in your inbox. Am grateful , I appreciate you.

I think against that background, it’s only courteous for me to start off with a life update and then later update you about what am working on with the team , and obviously give you a lesson or two I’ve learnt in the 5 or so months you’ve not been seeing this notification in your inbox

LIFE UPDATE

After almost five years staying in Nigeria , I returned home to Uganda last year December. Honestly that moment was surreal. Interestingly, when I returned to my home country , the first several months felt like I had just landed in yet another new country . Does anyone else feel like that too ? that you start to feel like you’re starting over with everything even though it’s your home country? The food, re familiarizing yourself with the culture , the people etc. that’s what it felt like for me . To date , am still re learning and un learning .

Fortunately , I’ve been able to film and upload some interesting videos on my YouTube channel like how to start a YouTube channel, how to start and monetize a newsletter , how to create and sell eBooks , easy niches for your faceless YouTube channel etc. As you already know, you can watch them here

Like i had planned from the onset, those give the basis of what our YouTube channel and consequently what this newsletter will be about. For emphasis , we’ll cover more content on Affiliate Marketing , Faceless YouTube channels and Tiny homes . I’ve always had a strong belief that the first two ( affiliate marketing and faceless YouTube channels) are the best source of wealth online irrespective of your skill sets, academic background or even where you live in the world or even budget. It’s the best business model i’d recommend for anyone with $100-$1000 worth of capital looking for a 4 figure and above per month business . The latter (tiny homes) is simply my preference but I best believe the best way to grow generational wealth is through real estate . So the simple plan is ; make money from Affiliate Marketing and Faceless YouTube channels and invest it in real estate for generational wealth.

Against that background . we’ll have what I consider an interesting series where i will be travelling to a couple of countries across the world , documenting some stories from people who have achieved what we’re looking for . Starting with my most immediate trip to Nairobi ,then Capetown and Johannesburg and then loads more.

Some other interesting updates are

1. I discontinued the digital planner which you must have heard me making a fuss about, called ACEIT. In the beginning , the goal of the planner was that someone could grab a copy for themselves at only $10 per year and have the luxury of setting their annual goals, keep track of them and be accountable to themselves . I later noticed that after purchasing that copy at $10, you needed to keep printing averagely 40 pages per month . That would downplay my initial plan of keeping this as resourceful as possible while keeping the cost constant . What am i doing about it ? Am working on building a mobile app so we can turn our planner to a mobile app. You’ll be able to access it at a one off fee every single year and yet have all the benefits of setting your goals, keeping track of them and finally having yourself an accountability partner. I believe we will have an Android version of the mobile app by August this year.

2. As i speak, am already developing a product called “YouTube Millionaire Kit” which will have a couple of tools. Notably tools that will help you to make your YouTube experience simply a plug and play experience with 2000 top video ideas in 20 top niches , thumbnails, eBooks and templates with PLR rights that you can adopt and sell to your audience , customizable mobile apps , SaaS, website templates that you can re design and sell to your audience for Monthly Recurring Revenue ;MRR & Annual Recurring Revenue; ARR. The very first version of the kit which i call 1.0 will be out may be two weeks from today . i will keep giving some pointers on what the kit is about and what kind of heavy lifting it does for yo . Slowly by slowly, we’ll be getting it.

SOME LESSONS LEARNT

i think i’ve learnt 2 most invaluable lessons that i know, think about and recite everyday.

1. You achieve your vision . Trevor Noah asked Oprah Winfrey what she’d observed from the hundreds of successful people she has interviewed and she said ,”they knew exactly what they wanted to achieve” . I like saying “ define what your race looks like and run it. Don’t get caught up running another person’s race” . If you told yourself that you’ll be the biggest real estate developer in your country , don’t be distracted when a friend says you should divert your attention to let’s say exporting fruits. Stick to real estate development . Let every move and step you take be towards helping you get to your goal . Interestingly, Oprah also said that when you do that, the forces of the universe rise up to meet you at your needs that get you to your goal. This could also be rehearsed relatedly with FOCUS.

2. That as an entrepreneur you’re your best staff, team member etc . That everyone will live to achieve what you communicate to them . That some people will come on your team and not understand the vision, that no one else will work on your vision more than you . So when you experience people leaving you, press next and keep going .
